个人简介
吕品主要从事钙钛矿材料在极端条件下的物性研究及其器件性能研究。相关成果在Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.,J. Mater. Chem. A,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,ACS Materials Lett.,Electrochim. Acta,J. Alloys Compd.等国际顶级期刊上发表SCI学术论文 30 余篇。主持吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室开放课题1项,参与国家青年基金1项和山东省青年基金1项。教学工作主要承担理工科本科生《半导体物理》、《半导体材料与器件》、《电路分析》、《电工学》和《大学普通物理实验》等课程内容。
